Nalc 2024 Contract Negotiations. Since then, ongoing bargaining committee discussions as well as main table negotiations have taken place on specific issues that affect city letter carriers. The national association of letter carriers (nalc) has been in contract negotiations for over a year, and members have now been working without a contract for over 10 months, without regular updates from leadership, or a plan to engage or mobilize the membership to win a contract to meet our needs.

The national contract is likely going to binding interest arbitration, where a panel of three arbitrators (one appointed by usps, one by nalc, and one “neutral”). And one scheduled day off.
